Privacy policy

How Chambreplus handles your personal data, in plain language. Last updated on 2 September 2026.

Who is responsible for your data

Chambreplus, Hoogpoort 31, 9000 Ghent (part of Kriski bv), is responsible for processing your personal data when you visit our website, contact us or stay with us. Questions about your data? Email info@chambreplus.be.

What data we collect, and why

If you book a room, this is done through an external booking platform (accessible via the “Book your stay” button). That platform processes your booking details (name, contact details, dates of stay, payment details) under its own privacy policy. From that platform, we only receive the data we need to prepare your stay and to register you as a guest, as required by law for accommodation providers in Belgium.

If you contact us directly (for example by email), we process the details you share with us (name, email address, your question) solely to answer your question.

We never use your data for purposes you did not consent to, and we never sell it to third parties.

How long we keep your data

We keep booking and guest data for as long as the law requires for our accounting and accommodation obligations, and no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. We keep contact form or email data for as long as needed to follow up on your question properly.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, email info@chambreplus.be. If you are not satisfied with how we process your data, you can contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Camera surveillance

For the safety of our guests and the building, we have security cameras in certain shared areas. We process these images on the basis of our legitimate interest in securing the building, and keep them no longer than necessary for that purpose.
